Is my piece authentic? +
Every piece from Maison Verre arrives with a numbered provenance certificate and an NFC chip embedded in its signature plate. Tap your piece with a smartphone to verify its origin, its maker, and the date it left our atelier. Our authentication team is also reachable seven days a week.
How are pieces shipped? +
All orders are dispatched in unmarked, hand-tied packaging via insured courier. Most pieces ship within 48 hours; bespoke commissions within 8–12 weeks. Worldwide express delivery is complimentary on orders above €1,500.
What is your return policy? +
Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days, in their original condition and packaging, for a full refund. Bespoke commissions, engraved pieces, and final-sale items are not eligible. Returns are arranged by our concierge at your convenience.
Do you offer aftercare? +
Yes. Return any Maison Verre piece, at any time in its life, and we will condition, restore or refinish it at no charge beyond shipping. The piece is yours — its care is ours.
Is my payment secure? +
All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 infrastructure with end-to-end encryption. We accept major cards, bank wire, and discreet cryptocurrency settlement on request.
Do you ship internationally? +
We ship to 64 countries. Duties and taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout for a seamless delivery, with no surprise fees on arrival.
Can I commission a bespoke piece? +
Yes. Our bespoke desk accepts a limited number of commissions each season, from monogrammed leather to one-of-one high jewellery. Begin a conversation with our concierge.
